DRIPLOC now distributes a High Volume 360 System. Occasionally, grease leaks out of the exhaust fan on the other three sides of the fan, and the High Volume 360 System is designed to contain grease on four sides of the exhaust fan. The High Volume 360 has an 8 inch trough around the fan that houses a grease absorbent filter (flat boom sock). Once installed, the filter will need to be replaced regularly (usually in accordance with your exhaust cleaning cycle), however the volume of grease leaking out the exhaust fan will ultimately determine the frequency of the filter replacement.

The Flat Boom Sock will need to be replaced on a regular basis.

DRIPLOC also now distributes a Low Volume 360 System . Occasionally grease only leaks minimally out the exhaust fan on the other three sides of fan, and the Low Volume 360 System is designed to contain such grease on four sides of the exhaust fan. The Low Volume 360 System makes a trough around the exhaust fan that is 4 inches wide. A set of grease absorbent filters (4 round boom socks) are placed inside the trough. Once installed, the filters will need to be replaced on a regular basis and only as needed.
